Born in San Diego, California, David was the pastor of Grace Chapel of Honolulu, and the founder of BW Builders, an upscale contracting business. In 2008, he moved to the Mount Zion church facility near Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He is survived by his wife, Ester Boney, his stepdaughter Sarha BraganÁa, stepfather and stepmother Ken and Lois Boney, sister Violet Jean Reynolds, and brother John Boney.
